2. California Data Broker – Required Privacy Policy Disclosures
This section is provided to meet the obligations under all applicable California privacy laws, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), the California Data Broker Registration law, and the California Delete Act (SB-362). It supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy and applies specifically to California consumers.

JMR Media is registered as a Data Broker with the California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA). Our annual registration can be verified at https://www.cppa.ca.gov/data_brokers/.

We do not maintain a database of individual consumers. We may receive limited personal information as part of vendor-provided files that are passed directly to clients for use in their marketing campaigns. California Delete Act Compliance
Starting August 1, 2026, California consumers may submit a single, universal deletion request through the CPPA’s deletion mechanism. Upon receiving such a request from the CPPA, we will delete the consumer’s personal information from our systems and notify any service providers or contractors to do the same within 45 days, unless an exception applies under California law.
Audits
Beginning January 1, 2028, we will undergo an independent audit of our compliance with California’s data broker laws every three years, and beginning January 1, 2029, we will submit confirmation of audit completion to the CPPA.
3. How We Use Information
We use the limited personal information we receive solely to facilitate transactions between our clients and independent data vendors, and to perform administrative functions such as billing and tracking campaign results.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information for our own marketing purposes. We may share personal information with: • Clients, to fulfill their orders for marketing data. • Vendors, to obtain the requested marketing data. • Service providers, to support administrative operations. We require that all parties receiving personal information comply with applicable privacy laws.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was provided or as required by law.
